BUYING A HOME
Depending on your specific needs and preferences, we either assign you to an in-house agent or refer you to an outside agent within our network of top-performing agents among major brands, such as Sotheby's, Century 21 and Keller Williams. Our team will help you weigh your options to make the best choice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where will my listing appear?
You home will be listed on the multiple listing services (MLS). The MLS feeds data to hundreds of websites nationally, including Realtor.com, Zillow and Trulia, as well as long Realtor websites like RE/MAX, Century 21 and Keller Williams. Your listing will be exposed literally to thousands of potential buyers every day.
Do I have to offer a buyer's commission?
No. Typically, our sellers prefer initially to list their properties for sale with no buyer's agent commission. If, after 30 or 45 days, there there is insufficient activity, they will modify their listing to include a 2% - 3% buyer's agent commission. When and how much you choose to offer to a buyer's agent is totally up to you. Our seasoned agents can help you decide on an optimal strategy.
Are you located and licensed in Michigan?
Yes, we are a licensed brokerage located in the State of Michigan. We are NOT a referral service (like Clever Real Estate). We list properties and help buyers find properties only in the State of Michigan, where we are licensed.

Can you help me decide on a price?
We offer a comparable market analysis to you for free! There's absolutely no commitment to list with us. The analysis will compare similar to yours by size, age, and features in the same geographic area that have recently sold to help you determine a fair and reasonable selling price for your property. What kind of properties can I list?
We offer listings for residential properties for sale, which includes single family homes, condos, manufactured homes on private land, multi-family homes with 2-4 units, and vacant land. If you wish to lease a property, please consider using BRS Property Management.

Who will show my property to buyers?
If a buyer has an agent, their agent will show them your property. We will help coordinate a mutually convenient date and time through an online portal. If the buyer does not have an agent, your Realty Professionals agent will show the buyer your property.
